COST: $20 drop-in rate or $15 per class if prepaying all 6 classes for $90
About the teacher:
Victoria Dosen has been a fitness professional for over 16 years and she is a gym rat at heart! She has a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences from Florida International University, and holds several health and fitness certifications. She specializes in women’s fitness especially as it pertains to core and pelvic floor health. She is also a wife and mother to three children.When it comes to health and fitness, she believes in and wants to provide her clients with sound and practical information. She strives to help people develop lifelong healthy habits (not quick fixes), and to encourage people to challenge themselves both inside and outside of the gym. For Victoria, it is incredibly rewarding and satisfying to see her clients accomplish goals that they may have never even thought were attainable.Victoria believes that living a healthy and fit lifestyle DOES NOT have to be complicated, that exercise is an AMAZING tool for the body, mind, and spirit, that it’s IMPORTANT for you to take time for YOURSELF, and that you should never lose sight of YOUR health and happiness (and that they are inextricably intertwined)!Victoria enjoys lifting weights (obviously!), spending time with my family and close friends, traveling or being at the beach, eating yummy food (especially anything with peanut butter in it), occasionally binging on Bravo reality television, and reading anything related to fitness, business, spirituality, or personal development. She also enjoys a good laugh and getting to know her clients on a personal level.
